[目的]评估Beautifil flow流动聚合体作为窝沟封闭剂对预防乳磨牙窝沟龋的临床疗效和应用价值。[方法]选择150例3～4岁患儿的300颗下颌第二乳磨牙,用Beautifil flow流动聚合体行窝沟封闭,采用Estiseal F窝沟封闭剂作自身对照。[结果]随访3年,实验组有较高的封闭剂涂膜保留率,且实验组患龋率明显低于对照组,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]Beautifil flow流动聚合体是一种可靠的窝沟封闭剂,对预防乳磨牙窝沟龋是有效的,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective] To evaluate the clinical curative effect and application value of Beautifil flow mobile polymer as pit and fissure sealant in prevention of pit and fissure caries of deciduous molar. [Method] A total of 300 mandibular second molars in 150 children aged 3 ~ 4 years were selected. The Beautifil flow was used to seal the fissure sealant. Estiseal F pitting sealant was used as the control. [Results] The follow-up of 3 years, the experimental group had a higher retention rate of the sealant coating, and the experimental group caries rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference between the two was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The Beautifil flow fluid polymer is a reliable pit and fissure sealant, which is effective in preventing deciduous caries of deciduous molar and is worthy of clinical application.
