目的研究两种水气接触方式的臭氧消毒机消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该臭氧消毒机杀菌性能进行了实验室观察。结果该臭氧消毒机以空气为工作气体,30 min臭氧产量约50 mg。采取水气接触方式1处理水量500 ml,作用20 min对水中大肠埃希菌杀灭率达到100%。采取水气接触方式2处理水量9 000 ml,作用20 min对水中大肠埃希菌杀灭率达到100%。结论该臭氧消毒机以水气接触方式2不仅处理水量大,且杀菌效果好。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of two kinds of ozone-ozone disinfector with the contact of water and gas. Methods Suspension quantitative sterilization test method, the ozone disinfection sterilization performance laboratory observations. Results The ozone disinfection machine using air as the working gas, 30 min ozone production of about 50 mg. Take water and gas contact method 1 treatment of water 500 ml, the role of water for 20 min kill Escherichia coli 100%. Take water vapor contact method 2 treatment of water 9 000 ml, the role of 20 min kill Escherichia coli in water to reach 100%. Conclusion The ozone disinfection machine to contact with water and gas 2 not only deal with the large amount of water, and bactericidal effect.
