脑干损伤的影像学表现通常是非特异性的,而活检术相关并发症限制了组织学的诊断,所以十分需要一种非侵入性的方法来了解病变的组织特征。本文观察和分析了孤立性脑干损伤患者脑干的质子磁共振波谱(MRS),以确定它是否能反映病变的组织特征。 方法 根据病灶大小,采用0.5 cm×0.5cm×0.5 cm,1.0 cm×1.0 cm×1.0 cm,1.5 cm×1.5 cm×1.5 cm或2.0 cm×2.0 cm×2.0cm单体素或两维化学位移的质子波谱成像的方法观察34例患者(男19例,女15例,年龄1~72岁),孤立性脑干病灶及5名正常志愿者的脑干。在长回声时间(13或270ms)的条件
The imaging findings of brain stem damage are usually non-specific, and biopsy-related complications limit the diagnosis of histology, so there is a strong need for a noninvasive way to understand the tissue characteristics of the lesion. In this paper, the proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) of brainstem in patients with solitary brain stem injury was observed and analyzed to determine whether it can reflect the tissue characteristics of the lesion. Methods According to the size of the lesion, using 0.5 cm × 0.5 cm × 0.5 cm, 1.0 cm × 1.0 cm × 1.0 cm, 1.5 cm × 1.5 cm × 1.5 cm or 2.0 cm × 2.0 cm × 2.0 cm single element or two-dimensional chemical shifts Proton spectroscopic imaging method was used to observe the brainstem of 34 patients (19 males and 15 females, aged 1 to 72 years), solitary brainstem lesions and 5 normal volunteers. Conditions for long echo time (13 or 270ms)
