党的十三届七中全会再次重申,要把提高经济效益作为全部经济工作的中心。国务院决定,1991年为“质量、品种、效益年”。这既是整个经济工作的指导方针和工作重点,也是供销社工作的努力方向和重要任务。必须认真贯彻,坚决落实,采取有力措施,真正把供销社工作转移到以提高经济效益为中心的轨道上来。(一)经过改革,供销合作事业有了很大发展,购销扩大,效益提高,实力增强。1990年在市场疲软、营销困难的情况下,全国供销社系统国内纯购进和纯销售总值均比上年有所增长,
The Seventh Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee once again reiterated that improving economic efficiency should be the center of all economic work.
