报导了用红外椭圆偏振光谱测定的不同组分 GaxIn1- xAsySb1- y材料室温光学常数( n和α) ,并且实验观察到明显的折射率增强效应 ,发现组分在 x=0.2~ 0.3之间折射率峰值随组分 x近似于线性变化。
The room temperature optical constants (n and α) of the different components of GaxIn1-xAsySb1-y materials as determined by infrared ellipsometry were reported and significant refractive index enhancement effects were observed experimentally and were found to refract at x = 0.2 to 0.3 The rate peak is approximately linear with component x.
