i_k_2是心脏浦肯野细胞起搏离子流的假设,随着对多细胞标本电压钳制术实验伪差积聚、减失现象的发现,了解到 i_k_2实质上是起搏离子流 i_f 和减失电流的混合物。i_f 是一个因复极化到-50mV 而开始激活的内向离子流,其主要成份为钠离子。
i_k_2 is the hypothesis that Pokium’s pacemaker ion flow is a cardiac event. With the experimental results of voltage multiplication and subtraction of voltage clamp in multicellular samples, it is found that i_k_2 is essentially pacing ion current i_f and current loss mixture. i_f is an inward flux of ions that starts to activate due to repolarization to -50mV and is mainly composed of sodium ions.
