依托实例对管网过桥加固改造方案进行了分析。首先,介绍桥梁加固改造的基本原则以及综合管网过桥改造实现的流程;然后,对既有钢筋混凝土肋拱桥的病害及成因进行了分析,提出了增大截面法加固的初步设计方案,结合计算分析得到了增加宽挑梁并提高原加固设计钢筋型号的综合加固改造方案。有限元软件计算分析表明:提出的综合管网过桥加固改造方案可行、可靠,为同类桥梁的加固改造提供参考。
Relying on an example, the bridge network reinforcement project was analyzed. First of all, the basic principles of bridge reinforcement and reconstruction and the process of bridge reconstruction are introduced. Then, the defects and causes of the existing reinforced concrete ribbed arch bridge are analyzed, and the preliminary design schemes of increasing the section reinforcement are put forward. The calculation and analysis have been made to increase the width of beam and increase the reinforcement design of the original reinforcement model of the comprehensive reinforcement transformation. The calculation and analysis of the finite element software show that the proposed integrated pipe network reinforcement project is viable and reliable and provides a reference for the consolidation and reconstruction of similar bridges.
