锑(之二) 四、锑化物光导电导纤维 1.光导纤维材料 (1)含Sb_2O_370,PbCl_330克分子%的混合物在600—800℃氮气气氛下加热熔化成氧氯化物玻璃。这种玻璃具有便于加工成片或丝的热特性,宜作红外光传导材料。 (2)(Ge0.42S0.58)_1-x (Sb0.4 S0.6)_x类型的硫族化物玻璃,含锑复合卤化物玻璃或两者联合也可作高效率、低光耗的光导纤维材料。 (3)As-Ge-Sb硫族化物玻璃毛细管(外径300—500微米,内径100—300微米),轻巧柔软,用于CO_2激光体可见激光传输。 (4)SnO_2,Sb_2O_3,In_2O_3金属氧化物熔化拉丝,表面涂以有机材料涂层,也是一种光导纤维。
