报告了自１９８３年以来收治的２０例岩尖斜坡区肿瘤，其中脑膜瘤９例，神经鞘瘤６例，胆脂瘤５例。肿瘤位于幕下９例，向幕上生长侵及颅中窝１１例，侵及海绵窦３例。手术入路：枕下开颅９例，颞下经小脑幕手术９例，颞枕枕下联合开颅１例，另有１例颞下入路手术后３周行二期枕下开颅手术。手术结果：全切除９例，次全切除１０例，大部切除１例。并着重就岩尖斜坡区肿瘤的手术入路等问题进行扼要的讨论。 Reported 20 cases of tumors in the petrous slope region since 1983, including 9 cases of meningiomas, 6 cases of schwannomas, and 5 cases of cholesteatoma. The tumors were located in 9 cases under the cervix, and 11 cases invaded into the cranial fossa to the epiphyseal growth and 3 cases invaded the cavernous sinus. Surgical approach: 9 cases with suboccipital craniotomy, 9 cases with submental transcerebral sac operation, 1 case with suboccipital suboccipital combined with craniotomy, and 1 case with suboccipital approach 3 weeks after operation of suboccipital craniotomy . Surgical results: Total resection in 9 cases, subtotal resection in 10 cases, and resection in 1 case. He also gave a brief discussion on the surgical approach to tumors in the rock-tip slope area.
