1.概述沥青矿床是相当稀少的,可是在岩石中分散浸染的固体油沥青却很常见.由于这些沥青的大部分在有机溶剂中仅微微可溶,这样光学分析的使用对沥青的观察确实是一个有用的方法(Jacob,1975;Jacob和Wehner,1981).这个方法除了肉眼和显微观察外,还包括:反射率光度测定单色荧光光度测定显微可溶性的确定显微流动点的确定在一定情况下,更进一步的光学测试方法,例如,显微硬度测定、荧光光谱光度术等,都能起辅助作用(但是,由于我们目前对后几种方法经验不多,因此在本文中没有涉及到).
