研究了铝粉含量对尼龙12复合粉末选择性激光烧结试样性能的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,适量增加铝粉含量可以提高烧结试样的力学性能,随着铝粉含量增加,烧结试样的拉伸强度、弯曲强度均有所提高,当铝粉含量为40%时,烧结试样的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别达到最大值40.1MPa和45.6MPa,伸长率为7.28%。铝粉含量超过40%后,烧结试样的力学性能出现下降,铝粉的最佳添加量是40%。
The effect of aluminum content on the properties of selective laser sintering of nylon 12 composite powder was investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties of the sintered samples can be improved by increasing the content of aluminum powder in a certain range. As the content of aluminum powder increases, the tensile strength and flexural strength of the sintered samples increase. When the content of aluminum powder is 40 %, The tensile strength and flexural strength of the sintered samples reached the maximum value of 40.1MPa and 45.6MPa, respectively, and the elongation rate was 7.28%. When the content of aluminum exceeds 40%, the mechanical properties of the sintered samples decrease, and the optimum addition of aluminum powder is 40%.
