在釜式反应器釜中 ,甲醇钠加助催化剂下连续通入一氧化碳 ,与甲醇进行液相羰基化合成甲酸甲酯反应。研究考察了助剂、催化剂浓度、反应温度、压力等影响因素。结果表明 ,强极性非质子型助剂吡啶的添加明显提高甲醇的转化率和甲酸甲酯时空收率 ,在反应温度为 80℃ ,压力 3 8MPa ,主催化剂浓度 0 4mol/L ,助催化剂浓度 1 74mol/L下甲酸甲酯的时空收率可达到 32 0 g·L 1·h 1。
In a kettle reactor, sodium methoxide plus cocatalyst continuously pass carbon monoxide, and methanol for liquid carbonylation of methyl formate reaction. Study investigated additives, catalyst concentration, reaction temperature, pressure and other influencing factors.
