采用文献资料和逻辑思辨等方法,研究学生在运动中体验内容。指出学生在运动中获得动静结合的感官体验、悲喜交加的感性体验、意识与非意识的感知体验、虚实转换的空间体验、前瞻与后顾的时间体验。学生在这种动态的对比两端,体验着运动的丰富内涵。
Using literature and logical thinking and other methods to study the students experience in the exercise of content. Pointed out that the students get sensory experience in the movement, the perplexing emotional experience, awareness and unconscious perception of experience, the actual situation of space conversion experience, look forward to and after the time experience. Students in this dynamic contrast at both ends, experiencing the rich connotation of exercise.
