以伺服控制下的板料拉深成形为切入点,开展了速度模式、振荡模式和间歇模式3种典型伺服控制滑块运动模式下的拉深性能研究,给出了各种滑块运动模式对板料拉深成形质量与成形极限的影响。相比于匀速加载,3种滑块运动模式所成形的试样拉深极限高度均有所提高。间歇模式对于杯形件拉深成形改善效果最优,相比匀速加载极限高度提高了10.9%,且间歇时间的适当延长和次数的增多有利于提高材料的塑性变形能力;其次是振荡模式,比匀速成形后的试样极限高度提高了7.5%;最后是速度模式,试样极限高度提高了7.1%。
Under the servo-controlled sheet metal forming process, three kinds of typical servo control slide speed mode, speed mode, oscillation mode and intermittent mode, were studied. Effect of Sheet Metal Forming Quality and Forming Limit. Compared with the uniform load, the forming depth of the three kinds of slider motion modes are increased. The intermittent mode has the best effect on the drawing forming of the cup, which increases by 10.9% compared with that of the uniform load. The proper extension of the intermittent time and the increase of the number of times can improve the plastic deformation ability of the material. The second is the oscillation mode, The ultimate height of the specimen after uniform forming increased by 7.5%. Finally, the velocity model increased the ultimate height of the specimen by 7.1%.
