一、前言电弧炉应用钨精矿粉直接冶炼工具钢,已成为成熟的工艺。而中频炉应用钨精矿粉直接炼钢,未见报道。我所在1986年,鉴于钨铁价格上调,为扩大材料来源,降低生产成本,立题研究在中频炉上应用钨精矿粉冶炼高速工具钢。通过21炉试验表明,钨精矿粉代替钨铁冶炼高速钢切实可行,钨收得率可达91.77%。冶炼过程中成份稳定,容易控制、工艺简单。
I. Introduction Electric arc furnace tungsten powder ore smelting tool steel, has become a mature technology. The intermediate frequency furnace of tungsten concentrate powder direct steel, has not been reported. In 1986, in view of the price increase of tungsten iron, in order to expand the source of raw materials and reduce the production cost, the research on the problem of tungsten steel was carried out on intermediate frequency furnace by high-speed tool steel. Through the 21 furnace tests showed that tungsten concentrate powder instead of ferrotitanium smelting high-speed steel feasible, tungsten yield of 91.77%. Smelting process, stable ingredients, easy to control, process is simple.
