基因重组人类粒细胞集落刺激因子对肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少有防治作用。本文报道对24例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿分为治疗组和非治疗组(生血片治疗组)各12例进行用药后21天观察。结果表明:基因重组粒细胞集落刺激因子能提高外周血中白细胞(WBC)和中性粒细胞绝对值ANC数量,WBC增高主要是ANC数量增加的结果,WBC增加的两个高峰值时间在用药后第12天和第21天,主要是骨髓成熟粒细胞释放和中性粒细胞前体分化增殖的结果,用此药治疗后白细胞数的提高,有效地防止了化疗患儿感染的发生,为促进化疗成功进行提供了新的治疗方法。
Recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor can prevent and treat leukopenia induced by chemotherapy. This article reports 24 cases of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia divided into treatment group and non-treatment group (Shengxue tablet treatment group) of 12 cases were observed after 21 days.
