文章基于自主创新的中国品牌构建战略进行研究,确立以自主创新中国品牌构建的战略以及战略定位,并由此建立相应的资源体系,构建了自主创新品牌构建战略的实施及控制体系,该体系包括了品牌定位、品牌设计、品牌发展延伸、品牌维护与价值创新。整个战略体系中,有战略定位,资源保障,品牌战略的实施以及控制,三者俱为一体,使自主创新贯穿在品牌构建战略的每一个环节,真正使品牌富有强大的生命力和持续的竞争力。
