患者男，64岁。右下肢无力，胶行1年余1993年12月入我院。1991年6月自们及右额部有一小指盖大肿物。1993年6月在某院切除，病理诊断为转移性透明细胞癌。在外院作肾脏B超和摄肾盆像，诊断左肾癌骨盆转移，先后去许多家医院诊治，给予对症治疗。查体：破行，体检正常。头颅CT扫
