对同时患有青光眼和白内障者施行抗青光眼手术联合白内障摘除术,已被临床越来越多的采纳。我院施行联合手术51例(52)眼,分析讨论如下:1 临床资料:男45例,女36例;右眼26例,左眼24例,双眼1例;年龄11～82岁,其中大于60岁者37例,占72.5％。术前视力:光感16眼,HM24眼,指数10眼,0.01和0.02各1眼。术前平均眼压4.79kPa。青光眼类型:老年白内障合并闭角青光眼39眼,合并开角青光眼4眼;葡萄膜炎并发白内障继发青光眼3眼;老年白内障膨胀期继发青光眼3眼;外伤性白内障继发青光眼2眼;新生血管性青光眼并发白内障1眼。本组手术方式:白内障囊内摘除联合小梁切除34眼,囊外

This group of surgical methods: cataract removal combined with trabecular meshotomy 34, extracapsular
