用圆弧曲线做凸轮轮廓曲线与目前在工厂中应用较多的阿基木德螺旋线相比,具有较小的始点和终点冲击,运动性能较为平稳,在运动过程中不易引起运动件的振动。目前圆弧曲线在电蚀锯上可很容易得到加工,为进一步利用圆弧曲线做凸轮轮座曲线创造了必要的条件。圆弧曲线型凸轮在机械原理中有过介绍,但只是近似的和图解的。由于原方法不够精确,因而长时间以来限制了圆弧曲线在凸轮上的应用,特别是缺少应有的计算式,因而对于凸轮的精确加工和曲线确切的运动性态的分析都是不可能的。本文仅就圆弧曲线凸轮做一探讨,以便找出曲线的解析式和其运动方程式。
