目的探讨松果菊苷对SAM-P/8小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法以SAM-P/8小鼠为对象,给予松果菊苷连续灌胃30d,用化学比色试剂盒法测定脑组织总蛋白含量、总抗氧化能力和乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,用放免法测定血清中IL-2含量。结果松果菊苷能显著提高脑组织总蛋白含量、总抗氧化能力、降低乙酰胆碱酯酶活性及血清中IL-2含量。结论松果菊苷可能通过降低SAM-P/8小鼠脑组织氧化损伤改善其学习记忆能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of echinacoside on learning and memory in SAM-P/8 mice. Methods SAM-P/8 mice were treated with echinacoside for 30 days. The total protein content, total antioxidant capacity and acetylcholinesterase activity in brain tissue were determined by chemical colorimetric kit method. Serum IL-2 content. RESULTS Echinacoside significantly increased total brain protein content, total antioxidant capacity, decreased acetylcholinesterase activity, and serum IL-2 level. Conclusion Echinacoside may improve learning and memory ability of SAM-P/8 mice by reducing oxidative damage in brain tissue.
