1988年,日本学者Hirose[1]首次用O_2/C_2H_2火焰法在大气条件下沉积出金刚石薄膜,立即引起世界各国的极大兴趣。本文用O_2/C_2H_2和O_2/C_3H_8火焰在Ti-6Al-4V合金衬底上成功地沉积出金刚石薄膜。图1是喇曼光谱分析结果。在1333cm~(-1)处出现一条很尖锐的金刚石特征喇曼峰,1552cm~(-1)为无定型碳的喇曼峰,其强度很弱,表明非金刚石相含量极少。金刚石喇曼峰
In 1988, Hirose [1], a Japanese scholar, deposited the diamond film under atmospheric conditions for the first time using O 2 / C 2 H 2 flame method, which immediately aroused great interest of all countries in the world. In this paper, diamond films were successfully deposited on Ti-6Al-4V alloy substrates using O_2 / C_2H_2 and O_2 / C_3H_8 flames. Figure 1 shows the results of Raman spectroscopy. A very sharp Raman peak at 1333 cm -1 appears. The Raman peak at 1552 cm -1 is amorphous carbon. Its intensity is very weak, indicating a very low content of non-diamond phase. Diamond Raman peak
