目的 :通过对童子益母草开展不同生长调节物质的田间处理 ,考评其株高、单株鲜重、地上部分鲜重、分蘖数和叶绿素含量等生物学性状。方法 :测定益母草株高、单株鲜重、地上部分鲜重、分蘖数和叶绿素含量。结果 :①赤霉素对益母草的生长 ,尤其株高 ,促进作用较其它处理显著 ;多效唑抑制了益母草地上部分生长。②除多效唑处理外 ,其它处理对提高益母草地上部分的产量都有一定的促进作用 ,其中以赤霉素表现最为明显。③不同生长调节物质处理都能促进益母草分蘖 ,并提高叶片内叶绿素含量。④赤霉素能促进莲座状矮化类型益母草的抽苔 ;细胞分裂素能促进分蘖体的生长 ,并加快分蘖体叶子的形态建成。结论 :采用赤霉素处理 ,或赤霉素和细胞分裂素的协同作用 ,能调控益母草的株型 ,并提高单位面积产量。
OBJECTIVE : To evaluate the biological characteristics of the plant height, the fresh weight of each plant, the fresh weight of the aboveground part, the number of tillers, and the chlorophyll content through field treatment of different growth regulators. Methods: The plant height, fresh weight per plant, fresh weight of aboveground part, tiller number and chlorophyll content were measured. RESULTS : 1The growth of gynoecia, especially plant height, had a significant effect on the growth of Motherwort compared with other treatments. Paclobutrazol inhibited the growth of the upper part of Motherwort. 2 In addition to paclobutrazol treatment, other treatments have a certain role in promoting the yield of the upper part of the motherwort, of which gibberellin is the most obvious. 3 Treatment with different growth regulators can promote the motherwort tiller and increase the chlorophyll content in the leaves. 4 Gibberellin can promote the bolting of the rosette-like dwarf type of motherwort; cytokinins can promote the growth of the tiller and accelerate the morphogenesis of the leaves of the tiller. Conclusion : The gibberellin treatment or the synergistic effect of gibberellin and cytokinin can regulate the plant type of Motherwort and increase the yield per unit area.
