目的研究阿尔泰柴胡挥发油的化学成分。方法水蒸汽蒸馏法提取阿尔泰柴胡中的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析、鉴定挥发油的化学成分。结果共鉴定出45个化合物,占挥发油总成分的70.61%。结论阿尔泰柴胡挥发油的化学成分主要为α-荜澄茄油烯(21.1%)、氧化香树烯(2)为6.61%,α-石竹烯为4.65%,并与正品柴胡有一定的相似性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Altai Methods The volatile oil in Altai Bupleurum was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results A total of 45 compounds were identified, accounting for 70.61% of the total volatile oil components.
