Traditional Chinese medicine decoction is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. It plays an active role in disease prevention and treatment. However, in the Chinese medicine community, there is a widespread phenomenon that the names of traditional Chinese medicine prescription drugs are extremely irregular, which seriously hinders the development of traditional Chinese medicine. . The author believes that the cause of this confusion is due to historical reasons. The misuse of traditional Chinese medicines and the existence of synonyms and names of foreign bodies with the same name are common problems, but the most important one is that there is no statutory and unified name for medicines used in Chinese medicine prescriptions. The use of standards. There are many problems with the unqualified names of medicines used for prescriptions. The first is that pharmacists cannot accurately determine the medicines used by doctors when they dispense prescriptions, resulting in frequent occurrence of wrongdosages or refusal to deploy patients. This not only gives deployment work. The adverse factors, but also seriously jeopardize the patient’s physical and mental health; Second, it is not conducive to the academic exchanges of Chinese medicine, making good experience and technology can not be more scientific verification and promotion, while increasing the difficulty of drug management; Third, due to Irregular use of drug names can easily cause medical disputes, which is detrimental to doctors’ self-protection. In view of this situation, it is suggested that: the original source of Qingyuan, the formulation of the name of the prescription drug use of Chinese medicine, to make it have the same legal effect as the “Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China”; prohibit the use of unreasonable alias; regulate the name of the drug name, not homonym, homonym Word substitutions and their random simplifications. In short, the standardization, standardization, and legalization of prescription drug names in traditional Chinese medicine are currently pressing issues for the Chinese medical community. It is a necessary condition for promoting the development of Chinese medicine and promoting the development of Chinese medicine in the world.
