本文采用具有明显抗卵胚发育和抗雌虫生殖双重作用的免疫血清对SjcDNA文库进行免疫筛选,共鉴定阳性克隆102个,进一步复筛后对其中6个克隆以自动DNA测序仪对。DNA插入子测序,测序资料经基因数据库GCG软件处理。表明C40克隆类似于Sm铁蛋白基因,C31克隆类似于N.forntalis的PEPCK酶基因.C21为Sj热休克蛋白70基因,C29为副肌球蛋白基因,C30和C35克隆分别为印壳蛋白基因和钙网硬蛋白基因·上述6个基因克隆的同源程度分别为74.7%、57.1%、80.1%、86.4%、96.4%和80.6%。
SjcDNA library was screened by using immune sera with obvious anti-egg development and anti-feminine reproductive effects. A total of 102 positive clones were screened and further 6 were cloned by using automatic DNA sequencer. DNA insert sequencing, sequencing data by gene database GCG software processing. The C40 clone is similar to the Sm ferritin gene and the C31 clone resembles the PEPCK enzyme gene from N. forntalis. C21 is the Sj heat shock protein 70 gene and C29 is the paramyosin gene. The C30 and C35 clones are the capsid protein gene and the calreticulin gene respectively. The homologies of the above six genes were 74.7% 57.1%, 80.1%, 86.4%, 96.4% and 80.6%.
