随着社会的发展,越来越多高功能人性化的车出现在消费者面前。接棒2015的中国经济,2016年下行压力仍旧很大。如何在“新常态”背景下,制定符合自身的发展战略迫切地摆在了各个汽车企业的面前。本文应用SWOT理论系统地分析北京现代汽车有限公司的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,以此为基本框架,从“新常态”经济发展的角度分析北京现代公司发展的内部环境(优势、劣势)及外部环境(机遇、挑战),进而提出笔者对北京现代公司在“新常态”背景下发展战略的意见和建议。

This paper systematically analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Beijing Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. by using SWOT theory. Based on this, this paper analyzes the internal environment of the development of Beijing Hyundai Company (strengths and weaknesses) from the perspective of the “new normal” economic development ) And the external environment (opportunities and challenges), and then put forward my opinions and suggestions on the development strategy of Beijing Hyundai Co. under the background of “new normal ”.
