空气氮气压缩机上的多级密封环,我厂原是由铸件毛坯进行机加工而成,其材质为含铅量1~22%的铜铝合金。生产铸件毛坯原是采用的铁模激冷工艺。这种工艺操作复杂,条件恶劣,而且很不安全,废品率高,气孔、夹渣等铸造缺陷达40%。83年车间又一次接受制作任务后,经分析,决定采取离心铸造。
Air nitrogen compressor on the multi-stage seal ring, I plant was originally machined from rough castings, the material is 1 to 22% lead-containing copper and aluminum alloy. Casting rough production is the original iron mold quenching process. This process is complicated operation, poor conditions, but also very unsafe, high rejection rate, porosity, slag inclusions and other casting defects up to 40%. After 83 years of workshop once again accept the production task, after analysis, decided to take centrifugal casting.
