目前,各单位材料拉伸试验机大多是五、六十年代的老产品,测试手段落后。试验机配上微机,实现数据的自动采集与计算,无疑是实现材料试验机改造的良好途径。我们对现有的三种类型的老的拉伸试验机作了配上微处理机(苹果Ⅱ)的改造工作,对老试验机不需要任何更动,拉伸曲线直接由监视器屏幕上显示并拷贝在打印纸上,同时弹性模量(E)、流动极限(σ_(ζ上) ,σ_(ζ上)),以及强度极限σ_b也一并打印出来,全过程在三分钟左右完成。
