目的:探讨脂肪源性干细胞作为骨组织工程的种子细胞在修复兔颅骨缺损中的应用前景.方法:提取兔脂肪源性干细胞,成骨诱导并检测,将成骨诱导前后的脂肪源性干细胞种植到自制松质骨支架上,将细胞-支架复合物和单纯支架材料分别移植至兔颅骨缺损部位.结果:与未诱导的脂肪源性干细胞复合支架、单纯支架以及空白处理对比,成骨诱导后的脂肪源性干细胞复合支架修复骨缺损面积最大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:脂肪源性干细胞可作为骨组织工程的种子细胞,其成骨诱导后与自制松质骨复合植入体内,能显著促进骨缺损的修复.
OBJECTIVE: To explore the potential application of adipose-derived stem cells as bone tissue engineered seed cells in the repair of skull defects in rabbits.Methods: Rabbit adipose derived stem cells were extracted, osteoinduced and detected, and adipose-derived stem cells On the cancellous bone scaffolds, the cell-scaffold complex and the scaffolds were all transplanted to the skull defects of the rabbit.Results: Compared with the untreated adipose-derived stem cells scaffolds, scaffolds and blank scaffolds, Adipose-derived stem cell composite scaffolds had the largest area for repairing bone defects, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) .Conclusion: Adipose derived stem cells can be used as seed cells for bone tissue engineering. After osteogenic induction, Into the body, can significantly promote the repair of bone defects.
