9月17日,北京市国土局发布,北京已初步清理出79个在建、在售利用集体土地违法建设销售(变相销售)住宅的项目,并公布了名单。市国土局表示,这些项目正在进行查处,并提醒广大公众不要购买。此次名单一出,小产权房再度被推到风口浪尖之上。
On September 17, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources released that Beijing has initially cleared 79 projects under construction and selling illegally (collectively) sales of residential houses in collectivized land and announced the list. City Land Bureau said that these projects are under investigation, and remind the general public not to buy. The list came out, the small property room was pushed to the cusp again.
