目的:借鉴基因芯片技术,探讨薏苡仁拆分组分健脾渗湿作用时对能量代谢的影响。方法:根据本项目组建立的方法对薏苡仁组分拆分和动物模型建立,以中焦空肠的基因变化为研究指标,探讨各组分对空肠oxidoreductase activity的影响。结果:模型动物存在明显的能量代谢障碍,薏苡仁各组分均可以改善这种障碍,但其作用靶点可能并不一致。结论:建议在使用薏苡仁治疗脾虚疾病时,以麸炒方式炮制,以提高疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Spleen-Penetrating Moisturizing on the energy metabolism of Yiyiren from the gene chip technology. Methods: According to the method established by this project group, the components of Coix seed were separated and the animal model was established. The changes of genes in midgut of jejunum were studied as the indexes to explore the influence of each component on jejunal oxidoreductase activity. Results: There were obvious energy metabolism disorders in model animals, and all the components of Coix seed could ameliorate this disorder, but their targets might not be the same. Conclusion: It is recommended to use Yiyiren in the treatment of spleen deficiency disease, the method of bran fried concocted to improve the curative effect.
