1993年我单位购进俄罗斯产ЭO-4224型单斗挖掘机4台,该机采用的是并联式的全功率变量控制的液压系统。初期使用就出现了不少诸如液压软管爆破、连接部位漏油、液压系统温度高、工作速度缓慢及工作装置无动作等故障,严重影响了企业的正常生产,造成了损失。为了修复这些挖掘机,我们经过多次反复的测试、检查和修理,直至改进,才彻底解决了该机的致命毛病,使该机能正常地投入施工作业。现将我们对该机故障的排除、修理和改进的一些经验介绍如下,供同行参考。
In 1993, our company purchased four O-4224 single-bucket excavators from Russia. The machine uses a parallel full-power variable-displacement hydraulic system. Many problems such as explosion of hydraulic hoses, oil leakage at the joints, high temperature of the hydraulic system, slow working speed, and non-operation of the working devices occurred during the initial use, which seriously affected the normal production of the company and caused losses. In order to repair these excavators, we repeatedly tested, inspected and repaired them until they were improved, and they completely solved the fatal problems of the aircraft, so that the machine could normally be put into construction operations. We will now introduce some of the experiences of troubleshooting, repairs and improvements to this machine for the reference of our peers.
