目的 探讨精氨酸对肿瘤生长的影响及作用途径。 方法 建立移植肉瘤(sarcoma180) 小鼠模型,胃灌精氨酸及等氮甘氨酸,检测脾 T、 B 淋巴细胞增殖程度、移植瘤重及抑瘤率。 结果精氨酸以45 或60 mg·g- 1·d - 1 补充时,精氨酸组瘤重明显低于甘氨酸组;精氨酸组 T、 B 淋巴细胞增殖程度明显高于甘氨酸组;随 T、 B 淋巴细胞增殖水平升高,抑瘤率较前明显增高。 结论 补充精氨酸可明显改善荷瘤机体 T、 B 淋巴细胞功能,抑制肿瘤生长;精氨酸抑瘤的主要方式为改善荷瘤机体抗肿瘤免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of arginine on tumor growth and its action pathway. Methods A mouse model of transplanted sarcoma (sarcoma180) was established. Gastric arginine and isonitroglycine were injected to detect the proliferation of spleen T and B lymphocytes, and the weight of tumor and tumor inhibition rate. Results When arginine was supplemented with 45 or 60 mg·g - 1·d -1 , the weight of arginine group was significantly lower than that of glycine group; the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes in arginine group was significantly higher than that of glycine group. Glycine group; With the increase of T, B lymphocyte proliferation, the tumor inhibition rate was significantly higher than before. Conclusion Supplementation of arginine can significantly improve the function of tumor-bearing organism T and B lymphocytes and inhibit tumor growth. The main mode of arginine inhibition is to improve the tumor-bearing organism anti-tumor immune function.
