在今后一段时间,国家要实施从教育大国向教育强国、从人力资源大国向人力资源强国的转型,教育是关键。作为教育事业重要组成部分的职业教育为推动工业化、信息化、城镇化建设提供了大量的高层次技能型人才,加快了经济社会的建设。要全面推进职业教育快速发展,师资队伍建设是关键。近几年,国家制定了多种有利于职业教育师资队伍建设的制度和政策,保障了职业学校教师队伍建设。但是,现阶段职业学校师资队伍还存在教师数量不足、制度不健全、教师结构不合理、“双师型”教师缺乏等问题。从健全教师管理及薪酬制度、科学核定教师编制数、加强教师再教育培训力度和“双师型”教师队伍建设等方面阐述了职业学校师资队伍建设的有效措施。
In the coming period, education will be the key to the transition from a big educational country to a powerful educational country and a big human resources nation to a country rich in human resources. Vocational education, an important part of education, has provided a large number of high-level skilled personnel for promoting industrialization, informationization and urbanization, accelerating economic and social development. To promote the rapid development of vocational education in an all-round way, the construction of the teaching staff is the key. In recent years, the state has formulated various systems and policies conducive to the construction of teachers’ ranks for vocational education, and has ensured the construction of a contingent of teachers in vocational schools. However, there are still some problems such as the shortage of teachers, the imperfect system, the irrational structure of teachers and the lack of “dual-type teachers” in vocational schools. From the sound teacher management and salary system, the number of approved teachers, scientifically approved to strengthen teacher re-education and training and “double-qualified” teachers and other aspects of the construction of teaching staff in vocational schools to build effective measures.
