因动物研究提示重植牙颊舌面比牙根更易吸收,作者为阐明人类牙齿重植后的牙用反应,用组织学方法对一定实验室条件下重植的双尖牙的根吸收作一评价。材料和方法从23个年龄10.2~19.7岁的健康人中选79只牙体、牙周均健康的牙齿,57只作为重植牙,22只作为对照牙,做颊舌向连续切片,H-E染色,显微镜下观察。将牙的颊舌根面分为4个区:颊缘区、颊根尖区、舌缘区、舌根尖区,按观察时间分7组,算出平均吸收长度和范围。
Animal studies suggest that the replantation of the buccal and lingual surfaces is more amenable to absorption than the roots. To elucidate the dental response after human tooth replantation, the authors evaluated the root resorption of the canines under certain laboratory conditions by histological methods . MATERIAL AND METHODS: Totally 79 teeth were selected from 23 healthy individuals aged from 10.2 to 19.7 years, with healthy periodontal teeth, 57 as replantation teeth and 22 as control teeth. Under the microscope. The root of buccal mucosa of tooth was divided into 4 zones: buccal zone, buccal apical zone, tongue border zone and tongue root zone. The average absorption length and range were calculated according to the observation time.
