性能良好、实用的微电极是进行微区电化学测试不可缺少的工具。为对局部腐蚀微阳极区域内的电化学状态及溶液组成进行原位、定量的测试,本文较为系统的研究了微氯化银参比电极的制作及电位随时间、温度的变化;研究了微氯离子选择电极的制作及电位与溶液中氯离子活度a_(c1)-的关系,电位随时间、温度的变化以及介质中某些常见离子对选择电极电位的影响。实验证明,当量浓度氯化银微参比电极及微氮离子选择电极用于局部腐蚀微区的测试是可行的。
Good performance, practical micro-electrode electrochemical test is an indispensable tool. In order to carry out in-situ and quantitative tests on the electrochemical state and solution composition in the partially-etched microanode region, this paper systematically studied the fabrication of silver-chloride reference electrode and the change of potential with time and temperature. The preparation of chloride ion selective electrode and its relationship with chloride ion activity a_ (c1) - in solution, the change of potential with time and temperature, and the effect of some common ions in the medium on the selection electrode potential. Experiments show that the equivalent concentration of silver chloride micro-reference electrode and micro-nitrogen ion selective electrode for localized corrosion micro-area test is feasible.
