目前,我国使用的胶粉一般是单一粒径,不考虑级配,但单一级配胶粉的生产难度大成本高,且不能充分利用废旧轮胎,因此,研究胶粉类型对沥青性能影响的十分必要。本文主要研究胶粉级配类型对沥青高温、低温性能的影响。结果表明,橡胶胶粉可以改善沥青高温、低温性能,同时在同一掺量下,在一定范围内胶粉越细效果越明显。
At present, the rubber powder used in our country is generally a single particle size, regardless of grading, but the single-grade rubber powder production is difficult and costly, and can not make full use of discarded tires, therefore, to study the impact of the type of powder on asphalt performance necessary. This article mainly studies the rubber powder gradation type to the asphalt high temperature, the low temperature performance. The results show that the rubber powder can improve the high temperature and low temperature properties of the asphalt, meanwhile the fineness of the rubber powder is more obvious within a certain range at the same dosage.
