用苏木精、伊红、Alcian蓝(pH 2.5)、甲苯胺蓝、5-HT和生长抑素免疫组织化学染色,观察阑尾炎组和对照组阑尾标本各7例。结果:阑尾炎组上皮内淋巴细胞、固有层和粘膜下层淋巴小结最大直径和数目、肥大细胞及5-HT样免疫反应细胞增多,而生长抑素样免疫反应细胞减少。淋巴小结最大直径和数目与对照组相比差异有高度显著性,5-HT和生长抑素样免疫反应细胞的数目与对照组相比差异有显著性。以上提示儿童急性单纯性阑尾炎时期,阑尾内进行着活跃的免疫应答,5-HT和生长抑素样免疫反应细胞参与了疾病的调制。
Immunohistochemical staining with hematoxylin, eosin, Alcian Blue (pH 2.5), toluidine blue, 5-HT and somatostatin were used to observe the appendix specimens of appendicitis group and control group. Results: The maximal diameter and number of lymph node, lamina propria and submucosa in appendicitis group increased, the number of mast cells and 5-HT-like immunoreactive cells increased, while somatostatin-like immunoreactive cells decreased. The maximum diameter and number of lymphatic nodules were highly significant compared with the control group, the number of 5-HT and somatostatin-like immunoreactive cells was significantly different from the control group. These prompts in children with acute simple appendicitis during the appendix within the active immune response, 5-HT and somatostatin-like immune response cells involved in the modulation of the disease.
