水稻接种潜根线虫(Hirschmannielaspp)后,叶绿素含量(Chl.)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、细胞膜伤害指标丙二醛(MDA)含量出现明显病变。接虫期(萌芽后25~65d),接虫量(0~4000头/盆)对叶绿素含量产生不同影响。分蘖期接虫株单位鲜重和单位面积叶绿素含量较之健株下降37.5%(下降范围6.6%~58.4%)和45.8%(下降范围30.0%~67.2%),尤以接虫早、接虫量高的接虫株下降剧烈;同期病株POD活性和MDA含量呈上升趋势,特别是MDA含量上升显著。拔节期后叶绿素含量回升,单位鲜重和单位面积分别上升6.7%和2.3%,田间出现复绿现象,部分重病株没有出现叶绿素含量回升和田间复绿。拔节期病株POD活性大幅度升高,其酶活力和酶比活力分别高出健株224.9%和84.0%,但病株MDA值上升势头减弱。另外以上3项指标消涨有较强的相关性。
