Objective To investigate the susceptibility factors of incision healing after cesarean section and provide a theoretical basis for making prevention and cure measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of the hospital from May 2011 to April 2012 cesarean section after the poor healing data. Results In 920 cases of cesarean section, there were 18 cases of incision healed poorly after operation, the rate of healed malnutrition was 1.96%. The incision healing time was the shortest 5 days and the longest 30 days, the average was 18 days. The postoperative incision poor healing and susceptibility factors were age, diabetes, Obesity, intraoperative blood loss. Conclusion Medical staff strictly perform aseptic operation, try to remove the incision healing factors, rational use of antimicrobial agents, can effectively reduce the incidence of cesarean section incision poor healing.
