馆员的态度决定图书馆的一切,而馆员对图书馆管理者的满意程度,决定了馆员对读者的态度。一个指望以优质服务取胜的图书馆,必须足够地关注自己的馆员,务使其满意度提高,才能开创图书馆工作的新局面。
The librarian’s attitude determines everything in the library, and the librarians’ satisfaction with the librarian determines the attitude of the librarian to the readers. A library that hopes to win with good service must pay enough attention to its own librarian so as to raise its satisfaction so as to create a new situation in library work.
