市场化用工打破了国有企业传统用工模式,在这种用工机制下,人员能进能出、岗位能上能下、收入能增能减。然而,这部分员工很少受到企业的关注,也没有针对他们的有效的激励方式。本文通过对市场化用工的探讨,分析了当前我国国有企业对市场化用工激励的现状,分析了市场化用工的激励与正式员工激励的区别,并结合市场化用工的自身特点,提出了国有企业市场化用工的激励方式和途径。
The market-based employment breaks the traditional mode of employment of state-owned enterprises. Under such employment mechanism, personnel can work in and out of positions, and their incomes can increase or decrease. However, this part of the staff is rarely concerned by the business, nor does it address their effective incentives. Based on the discussion of market-based employment, this paper analyzes the current state-owned enterprises’ motivation to market-oriented employment in our country, analyzes the difference between the motivation of market-oriented employment and the formal staff motivation, and combines the characteristics of market-oriented employment, Incentives and Ways of Market-oriented Employment.
