确定红凉伞和朱砂根不同部位铜、铁、锌、锰的含量。用硝酸、高氯酸混合酸消解样品,在对样品的处理和测定条件进行优化后,采用原子吸收光度法对红凉伞、朱砂根两种中药材的根、茎、叶、籽部位的铜、铁、锌、锰含量进行了测定,相关系数:0.99919~0.99981,加标回收率:94.8%~107.91%,相对标准差:0.4099%~1.7842%,测定结果令人满意。红凉伞的籽中铜、锌、铁含量均高于其它部位,锰含量叶中最高;朱砂根中铜、铁、锌、锰含量分别在籽、根、茎、叶中占据首位。从总体看,红凉伞朱砂根的叶和籽中微量元素含量比其它部位相对较高。测定结果为探讨该中草药各部位及变种间的药性的差异,充分利用红凉伞和朱砂根的叶、籽的价值提供了部分依据。
Determine the contents of copper, iron, zinc, and manganese in different parts of the red parasol and cinnabar root. The samples were digested with nitric acid and perchloric acid. After optimization of the sample processing and measurement conditions, the copper, root, stem, leaf, and seed parts of the two Chinese herbal medicines, Red Parasol and Vermilion, were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The contents of iron, zinc, and manganese were determined. The correlation coefficients were from 0.99919 to 0.99981. The recoveries of standard addition were from 94.8% to 107.91%, and the relative standard deviations were from 0.4099% to 1.7844%. The results were satisfactory. The contents of copper, zinc, and iron in the seeds of red parasol were higher than those in other parts, and the content of manganese was the highest in the leaves. The content of copper, iron, zinc, and manganese in the cinnabar root occupied the first place among the seeds, roots, stems, and leaves. In general, the content of trace elements in the leaves and seeds of the cinnabar root of red parasol was relatively higher than other parts. The results of the assay provide some basis for exploring the differences in the medicinal properties of various parts and varieties of the Chinese herbal medicine and fully utilizing the values of the red umbrella and the leaves and seeds of the cinnabar root.
