针对混凝土-砌体混合结构体系广泛存在的抗震性能较差的情况,以某综合楼为例,分析了抗震鉴定方法和过程,提出了抗震加固方案。指出可将原混合结构柱采用扩大截面、置换和新增柱加固,对原框架梁采用扩大截面、加腋和粘钢加固,对原砖墙采用钢筋混凝土板墙加固。加固后对该建筑进行了再次鉴定,可满足该地区的抗震设防要求。
Aimed at the poor seismic performance of concrete-masonry hybrid system, the method and process of seismic appraisal were analyzed taking a complex building as an example. A seismic strengthening plan was proposed. It is pointed out that the original composite structure column can be expanded, replaced and added with column reinforcement. The original frame beam can be expanded, reinforced with axillary and bonded steel, and the reinforced concrete slab wall can be used to reinforce the original brick wall. After the reinforcement of the building once again identified to meet the seismic requirements of the region.
