日前,国家环境保护部下发《关于青海矿业集团股份有限公司60万t/a烯烃项目环境影响报告书的批复》(环审[2017]64号),正式批复该项目环评申请。据悉,该项目以当地煤炭为原料,采用煤气化、甲醇合成、甲醇制烯烃等生产工艺,生产乙烯26万t/a、聚丙烯41.54万t/a等产品。青海盐湖集团金属镁一体化项目每年副产近170万t/a氯气,青海矿业60万t/a烯烃项目以配套盐湖金属镁一体化项目为立足点,以推动盐湖资源实现良性开发为主要目标,坚持“以水定产”的要求,从根本上解决盐湖资源开发过程中联产大量氯气的出路问题。
