一、问题的提出过去设计振动放矿机时,通常将激振装置设计为激振力较大的可调形式。设计时避开了物料参振和有载起动问题,而是在设备安装后通过调试解决。这样,激振力的余量有时留得很大,增加了参振质量,造成浪费;有时激振力留得不够,致使振动放矿机振动不起来。
