本文应用电子自旋共振技术,用直接冷冻样品方法,动态观测家免不完全性缺血再灌流脑组织中的氧自由基信号,同时用TBA比色法检测脑组织中的脂质过氧化水平。结果表明,脑缺血再灌流后,早期即可产生大量的氧自由基,而且在再灌流相当时间内仍可持续大量产生,由它引发的脂质过氧化是导致脑损伤的主要原因之一。
In this paper, the electron spin resonance technique was used to directly observe the oxygen free radical signal in the brain tissue of patients with incomplete ischemia-reperfusion by the method of direct freezing sample. At the same time, the level of lipid peroxidation in brain tissue was measured by TBA colorimetry . The results showed that after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, a large number of oxygen free radicals could be produced in the early stage, and a large amount of oxygen free radicals could still be produced in a considerable time after reperfusion. Lipid peroxidation induced by it was one of the main causes of brain injury .
