采用分期播种试验方法,研究了光温条件对光温敏核不育小麦ES8不育基因表达的影响.结果表明,光温条件的变化影响不育基因的表达,在长沙地区,ES8在9月5日至10月15日播种,花粉败育率达100%,不育株率达100%.在12月5日至12月15日播种,其自交结实率为71.6~72.7%,在10月25日至11月25日播种,表现为部分可育和部分不育.ES8存在两个育性转换的临界期,10月25日播期为不育变为半不育的育性转换临界期,12月5日为部分可育变为完全可育的育性转换临界期.育性转换的临界日长约小于11.50h.
The staged sowing test was used to study the effects of light and temperature on the expression of ES8 sterility in photo-thermo-sensitive genie male sterile wheat. The results showed that the change of light and temperature conditions affected the expression of sterile genes. In Changsha, ES8 was sown from September 5 to October 15 with a pollen abortion rate of 100% and a sterile plant rate of 100%. Seeding from Dec. 5 to Dec. 15, the self-fertility rate was 71.6-72.7%. Seeds were planted from Oct. 25 to Nov. 25, showing partial fertility and partial infertility. ES 8 there are two critical stages of fertility conversion, October 25 sowing date for sterile to semi-sterile fertility critical period of transition, on December 5 part fertile into a fully fertile fertility Transition critical period.
