Toni Morrison, the first black woman writer to receive the Nobel Prize for Literature, demonstrated her usual theme of focusing on women in Paradise. Through the development of sisterhood, women in Heaven have realized the engagement between women and women, demonstrating the therapeutic power of women themselves without the participation of men. Sisterhood is an affinitive, soothing affair that exists between two or more unrelated women. To some extent, sisterhood is the double guarantee of the spiritual material for the vast number of women seeking survival and development in the world in which the male domination is dominant. It unites scattered individuals into collective power, forming a huge impetus.
